The Entre-deux-mers region lies between a triangle of land at the convergence of the Dordogne and Garonne rivers.The vineyard is situated approximately 80 km southeast of the city of Bordeaux and is one of the largest wine-growing areas in the Bordeaux region. This sparkling wine is crafted according to very strict rules. Harvesting is done manually, and transportation is carried out directly to the press using crates.
