Malbec Red
Petit Verdot rouge
Cabernet Franc-Carménère-Petit Verdot
The era of prohibition remains marked by the "Bad Reputation" of alcohol, accused of being the root of all vices. In this context, scenes such as Smedley Butler, in charge of security, destroying barrels in Philadelphia, or John Leach, police commissioner in New York, overseeing his men emptying bottles of alcohol into the sewers after a raid on an illegal establishment, were commonplace. One is forced to wonder if we are not returning to those repressive times. Yet, wine represents an entire aspect of our culture and the French way of life. This cuvée is an ode to our traditional grape varieties, revealing the mysteries of the distinctive terroirs of the Bordeaux region. In the current context of climate change, these grape varieties regain their legitimacy in our vineyards and on our tables.
