It takes a bit of craziness to propose such lesser-known grape varieties in the region... We are the Vignerons de Berticot, and we're racing full throttle to introduce them to you! Every year, we'll experiment with varieties from elsewhere to unveil a unique cuvée "A Toute Berzingue" (Full Throttle). Marselan, Arinarnoa, Vidoc (in red), Floréal, Arriloba (in white)... And many other grape varieties will be revealed, depending on their resistance to the increasingly hot sun of our Southwest. Like big kids, we can't wait to present the fruits of our labor!
